Terms and conditions

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservation: To reserve the Studio Space, Renter must complete the booking process via our website, email, or phone.

• An advance payment of 20 percent 

• Full Payment: The full rental fee is to be paid immediately after rental completion.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made [1 day] or more in advance of the rental date will receive a full refund of the deposit. Otherwise, refunding cannot be claimed.

2. Studio Usage

• Permitted Use: The Studio Space is to be used solely for photography-related purposes. Unauthorized use (e.g., video filming, events, parties) is prohibited unless prior written approval is obtained from the Studio.

• Access: The Studio Space will be available to the Renter for the agreed-upon period, with access granted starting and ending as per the agreement. Any extension of time must be agreed upon in advance and may incur additional fees.

• Studio Equipment: The renter agrees to use the equipment of the studio in accordance with its intended purpose. Any damage to the equipment must be reported immediately. Renters are responsible for any repair or replacement costs for damaged or lost equipment.

3. Studio conduct

Respectful Behavior: The Renter and their guests must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Disruptive, offensive, or illegal behavior will result in immediate termination of the rental without refund.
Cleanliness: The Studio must be left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Renter agrees to clean up after their session and dispose of any waste appropriately.

4. Studio rules

• Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking, vaping, or consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the Studio Space unless otherwise specified and approved by the Studio.

• Noise: Excessive noise, including loud music or disruptive sounds, is not allowed. Renters must respect neighboring properties and keep noise to a reasonable level.

• Pets: Pets are not allowed in the Studio unless specifically approved in advance by the Studio.

5. Force Majeure

• The Studio shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government regulations, or any other events of force majeure.

6. Termination

• Termination of Agreement: The Studio reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement if any terms of the agreement are breached, without refund.

7. Governing Law

• This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Qatar.
